Delivering a speech in the meeting, Deputy Minister Pham Dai Duong highly appreciated the cooperation between the two countries in the S&T field and emphasized on 03 key cooperation contents related to Hoa Lac High – Tech Park with partners of the Republic of Belarus for the coming time. This is the cooperation in training, production and joint research; technology transfer; organization of trade exchange programs, conferences and workshops. The Deputy Minister hoped the two parties would continue cooperation and promote S&T activities gradually into deeper level.
Vice Chairman of Committee for Science and Technology of the Republic of Belarus Petr Baltrukovich agreed with ideas of Deputy Minister Pham Dai Duong and highly appreciated the development status recently of Hoa Lac High-Tech Park in comparison with the time the Vice Chairman visited last year. The Vice Chairman entirely believed that with efforts made by the two parties, there would be many specific activities of exchange, cooperation and investment to be implemented for the coming time.
