An overview of the conference.
The event was held jointly by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Vietnam National University in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City, the Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology, and the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences.
The conference is held annually within the framework of the coordination programme between the above units to share information about achievements and typical research and training products, share and update policies, and exchange and discuss issues and problems in science, technology and innovation activities.
The conference is also a forum for units and scientists to propose mechanisms and solutions to enhance coordination in implementing national programmes and links between the country’s leading research and training units to promote strength to solve national issues.
At the conference, delegates, managers and scientists exchanged and discussed solutions to implement science and technology strategies and policies to create the most favourable environment for research activities and science and technology development, contributing to improving the law on science, technology and innovation.
